Introduction
Mariology is the study of the devotion and worship of Virgin Mary. The Catholics are proud to carry their chaplets about, saying the rosary in public places, agaisnt the warning of Jesus that religious pieties should be private and must not be made a public show. They are quick to give reasons on why they must continue honouring and worshipping Mary. They are only busy deceiving themselves and as well misleading ignorant masses into the hell fire.
More Points And Facts
Below are convincing reasons, beyound all reasonable doubts:
- Mary is no longer a virgin, because every woman that has given birth is no more a virgin. The word virgin means something new that has not been used at all; a virgin land is a land that has not been cultivated and has not yielded any plants or fruits.
- Between a virgin and a mother, mother is a greater status. In Israel, every virgin girl aspires to bear children so that she would be accorded greater honour and respect.
- A mother is greater than a virgin, because a virgin remains only a virgin, but a mother can give birth to many virgins. The person, who creates, precedes the person who is created.
- The purpose of encouraging virginity is that young girls should maintain their virginity until they are married, to have their own family holy and chaste.
- The whole error of calling Mary a virgin started with Bible translation. In the original Bible, the Hebrew word being translated is ‘Alma,’ which in Hebrew language means ‘a young woman’. It was religious leaders and priests, who wanted to promote celibacy, that removed the right translation, which is ‘a young woman,’ and replaced it with the word, ‘virgin’. Therefore, the concept of Virgin Mary is false, a fabrication intended by the anti-Christ to deceive the world.
- Even celibacy is not encouraged or allowed by God, in both Old and New Testaments. The Bible makes it clear that religious leaders should marry. Celibacy was introduced in the past, so many years after the death of Jesus, because false religious leaders wanted young men to devote more time and attention to the ministry. But the introduction has not helped matters, because it has led to so many cases of sex abuse involving reverend ministers.
- Even today, in the world, the evidence is quite clear. Reverend Ministers, who are married and are led by the Holy Spirit, perform far better than those who are not married.
- If marriage were a crime or sin, then all the reverend ministers should not minister at the altar, because they are products of marriage.
- Creating the impression that marriage is sin or defiled, is sin against the Holy Spirit, because such impression condemns the good works of God. For seven times, God examined His creation and confirmed them good as recorded in the book of Genesis saying, “And God saw that it was good.” Gen 1:18 Seven is the symbol of perfection, and therefore, a confirmation of the good and perfect creation by God.
- In the parable of the corn and weeds, Jesus made it clear that creation was a perfect good work, until Satan introduced evil into it.
- God warned His people not to worship any form of idol. And what is an idol? And how is an idol made? All the idols you gear of are usually made with human beings murdered by ritual sacrifice. Some of the people used were strangled to death, buried alive or buried upside down. Therefore, an idol is anything, whether dead or alive, that takes the glory of God. Mary is no exception, because she is a human being, and before Abraham, Jesus was.
Jesus Proves He Is God, And Not An Ordinary Man Born By A Woman
It was God that created Mary.
On earth, the parents give birth to the flesh, which is the human body. But, the real thing, the living soul, comes down from God.The flesh is only a mass of inanimate tissue. As such, it is the same as dead. It cannot even operate itself. Spirit is spirit and flesh is flesh. That means that the flesh profits nothing. But, the spirit gives life. Whoever depends on the flesh, plunges himself into the valley of death, which is spiritual ignorance, death and hellfire. But, he, who depends on the spirit, makes himself a living soul and is the son of God.
41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42 saying, "What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He?"

43 He said to them, "How then does David in the Spirit call Him 'Lord,' saying:

Before Abraham Jesus Was
The Bible proves that before Abraham, Jesus was. In other words, Jesus was even in existence before Mary gave birth to Him on earth. Therefore, Jesus is not the son of Mary, as many people do wrongly think. The things of spirit are entirely different from the things of the flesh.
57 Then the Jews said to Him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?"
58 Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM."

The Flesh Is Flesh
The spirit does not become flesh, and the flesh does not become spirit. They only co-exist, but do not mix up.
4 Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"
5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh , and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
